Policies
Booking / Children / Cancellation Policies
Booking Policy
- Standard bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm. The remaining balance is due 30 days before guest arrival.
- Bookings confirmed within 30 days of arrival require full payment to secure the tent.
- Check-in is after 12:00; check-out is before 10:00.
- On-site payments are accepted in USD or Tanzanian Shillings by credit card only.
Children Policy
- Children under 5 years old stay free when sharing with adults and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children aged 5–12 sharing with one or two adults are charged 50% of the adult double-sharing rate.
- Children aged 13–17 sharing with one or two adults are charged 85% of the adult double-sharing rate.
- Children occupying a tent alone or sharing only with other children are charged the applicable adult rate.
- When adults and children share triple occupancy, adults are charged according to the applicable adult occupancy; child discounts apply only to children.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.
- Cancellation 60–31 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking value.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
